SUPPLEMENT FACTS: One capsule contains on average 250mg of Starflower Oil providing approximately 50mg of GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid).
INGREDIENTS:Starflower oil (Borago officinalis), Capsule Shell: Gelatine, Glycerin; Antioxidant: Vitamin E (as D-Alpha Tocopherol).
